    My mom makes this crazy-bomb triple layer, chocolate, marangue, whipping cream, and raspberry cake. I'm relying on this recipe, above all else, to land me a husband.

    around this time its an old family slovakian tradition called kolache...a long roll of cake filled with ground nuts and other spices

    but usually its BROWNIES!

    They're called xangos. They're stuffed with banana cheesecake. Soooo gooood, the combination of flavors is spectacular.

    LOL! I'm not complaining. Just that tres leches isn't a fancy-looking dessert. But it sure is hella tasty. The one you posted definitely couldn't have been tres leches ;)

    Two years ago I dated a guy who made the most incredible plain cheesecake I ever had. Unfortunately we only dated for a month because I didn't have more feelings for him (and he was kind of a bad kisser, lol), but man, dating him for that cheesecake was well worth it!
