Quick question for you all... I need a good app to keep track of my work outs. Any body know of a good one? I'm not cheap, I do pay for some of the apps I got if I need them. I will pay for a good app, again, if it's good.

Jefit for android. Free and good. Google MyTracks works fine for outdoor distance type activities.

I used Jefit pro on Android. The free version is just Jefit. Brilliant software with a massive range of built in exercises and allows customisation. Keps track of body stats and allows super setting and automatically calculates your one rep max for each exercise.

Daily Burn, tracks not only workouts but food. They also have a barcode scanner to help input food intake. It's easier to set the programs up on a regular computer and just log your results on the phone.

Jefit for android. Was pleasantly suprised at the amount of exercises it offered. Very happy that it would actually time between sets, I can be a bit lazy and wait too long before the next set. I practically came in my pants when I found the animation add-on so all of the exercises show you the proper form to use for all of the exercises.

The animation is cute plus there’s a boat load of stuff that many haven’t thought of. Great for when the workout gets a little stale and you have to vary the routine a bit.

I use the GymBuddy. I have it on my ipod Touch and it works great. You can add and delete workouts, you can plan your workouts for the week, keeps track of body measurements, and much more. I think it was $3.99 and it's just great.

I find that Full Fitness is the best app I've ever used for fitness. But you'll need to jailbreak your phone/iPod first because for some reason they've stopped selling it on the apps store icon_sad.gif last time I checked anyways.

ifitness is the best. its been pulled from the apple store tho. i've tried everything else listed but nothing compares to ifitness. you can still get it if you jailbreak and use installous.
