If you don't know what a Traceur is you're probably not one. A Traceur is one that practices the art of Parkour.

If you don't know what Parkour is... It's the art of being able to escape as quickly as possible, while being able to overcome any obstical in your way. Created by David Belle from France.

Still confused? Here's a video! (David Belle is the one in the video doing the escaping)

Traceurs have awesome bodies and the videos are amazing to watch.
Check out 3run if you want to look at some hotties pwning their world.

There's also some cool vids out there about NYC traceurs who have done bridges and all sorts of urban places they're not supposed to be on.

    And this place just opened
Tempest Freerunning - Los Angeles - Freerunning - Parkour - Stunts

I'm nowhere near coordinated or in-shape enough to even try this in any serious way, but if I was in LA there's no doubt I would be hanging around, or going to their ultra-beginner group training classes. It's just badass.
