Has anyone used the AthLEANX program (http://www.athleanx.com/)? What were your results? Did you use it as a replacement or as a supplement to your existing workout?

I've started using it this past week as a replacement to my regular routine (needed to make a change anyway). So far I'm weary about what kind of progress I'm going to make as far as adding lean mass. Additionally, I'm used to spending upwards of 90 minutes at the gym and I make through these workouts in about 30 minutes, so I don't feel like I'm getting as much benefit, but I definitely "feel the burn" towards the end of my sets.
