Last year I did something kind of different for New Year's. I went to bed early, and got up before the sun rose. I went down to the Brooklyn Bridge Park in DUMBO, and set up my camera to take a picture every 10 seconds, in order to make this time-lapse of the year's first sunrise.

It's one of my favorite memories of the year--being at that park, completely alone, watching the lights go off, and the skyline emerge from the darkness. I stood in front of the camera for one of the shots (you can't see it in the timelapse).

    That's really cool Tino!
Makes me want to go to New York even more....
Especially at DUMBO, I hear that's a cool place for artists. icon_biggrin.gif

BTW, you should take a few of those frames and put them into a college and print a 2'x3' poster size image, and have it framed. Me likey.
