THaen saidI have a friend who cant orgasm during sex and hes worried no gay guys will date him, what do you guys think?

Even when he masturbates in private? Some gays might reject him for that reason, but not all. And for a lot of guys the more important issue is whether he can make THEM orgasm. Do that and he's got a fair chance of seeing them again.

What kind of sex is he trying? If he's a top and can stay hard, then what happens inside his condom is almost irrelevant to many bottoms. They get a good fucking whether he fills that condom or not. If he's a bottom, not too many cum just from getting plowed.

I've had times when a guy just couldn't get me off, not orally or manually, maybe because I was tired, or tipsy, or his technique didn't work for me. I wanted to shoot, and lots of guys like to see it happen.

So I'd lie back in bed and jerk myself off, inviting him to help. Fondling my balls, maybe humming them, nipple play, stroking my legs, ass play, etc. I can always get myself off, actually more exciting to me with another naked guy watching me, and with his added stimulation on me. That way he gets part of the "credit."

To paraphrase the old TV commercial for "Shake & Bake": "It's stroke and jack, and ah helped!"

Take a break from masturbating... Seriously.

Make sure you bring condoms that are the correct size, and have an expanded area near the tip for some movement. And, add extra lube inside to improve movement before slipping it on.
