So I'm on vacation for a month and I have no acess to a gym whatsoever as there are no military bases around here and I'm finding myself screwed with no equipment. Guess I'm looking for a routine thatll hold me over for a month using just my bodyweight. All i've been able to figure out is just push ups and pull ups so you can see why I'm quite stuck. Any ideas?
