Lack of equipment while vacationing

    So I'm on vacation for a month and I have no acess to a gym whatsoever as there are no military bases around here and I'm finding myself screwed with no equipment. Guess I'm looking for a routine thatll hold me over for a month using just my bodyweight. All i've been able to figure out is just push ups and pull ups so you can see why I'm quite stuck. Any ideas?

    you could try realjocks section on plyometrics. A majority of the stuff doesnt need equipment.

    I'd look at the exercises for the Strong and Lean Workout program. While many of the exercises use cables, etc., many use just your body weight, and they are killers.
