I have read sooo many RJ profiles where they trained almost everyday.. I was wondering if its possible without causing injuries?

From what i read on the internet, its seems best to have a rest day in between workouts or rather working on different muscle group on alternative days. My dilemma is that i usually do compound exercises for my routine so my muscle growth would be more uniform...Well, my goal is get my bod utterly ripped...hopefully by the coming summer.. Maybe someone can share some tips with me... Thanks.. icon_smile.gif

Just in case if you wanna know my routine :

75 mins x 3 days (Light Back, Moderate Chest, Intense Abs)
60 mins x 2 days (interval training - running and swimming)

It depends on the rigor and intensity of your workout.

If you're working out hard enough, you're literally making microscopic tears in your muscle. As they heal, you gain muscle, so to speak. So if you work out too much, the muscle won't heal correctly and you are more susceptible to injury.
