Do you like curly hair ? Or would you prefer a guy with curly hair keep it short instead of letting it grow out ? I understand many think it looks hotter for a guy to have short hair regardless of texture. But I also think a guy can look very cute with a nice curly fro. icon_wink.gif

    I'll bite.

In general I like shorter hair on guys, but one of the hottest guys I dated had a loose fro and it looked great on him. I've got spiky asian hair and for me fros are...well, they're fascinating. I just like playing with them. Makes me feel a little like a cat with a ball of string lol.

I haven't dated any guys with curly hair but it is a bit of a turn on, short or longer. I have very straight hair so I've always wondered what it would be like.

Curly hair is annoying as hell. You either keep it really short, spend 3 hours doing something with it, or have it look messy.

I like curly hair. I like longer hair, I like buzzed hair that feels like velvet. I like hair.

Guys always tell me they like shorter hair ("it's more masculine") and prefer me to have shorter hair/buzzcut. Then...I grow my hair out...the waves and curls appear...then they can't keep their damned hands out of it.

So...yeah. Another concept that is largely contextual and a matter of people thinking one way in general but behaving very differently in the specific.

Yes, very much. Several years ago, I had a little fling with an Italian guy who had the thickest mass of dark curly hair I had ever seen. It was amazing... I couldn't keep my hands out of it. He was beautiful.

I'm smitten by Joshua Jackson from Fringe. Wavy and short gets my attention.

Maybe this is just one of the "grass is greener on the other side", but having had to deal with curly hair all of my life hasn't done much for me liking it one bit.Personally I think that wavy hair is best of both worlds and am super envious of those with such hair.

It's important to point out both these gentleman sat in a chair for a couple hours. The first required the meticulous use of marcel curling irons while the second had curlers set. Getting curly hair to look like THAT is a hell of a lot of work, I should know ;)

Interesting cause I'm gonna let my hair grow some. I have had it short short for the past 17 years. I'm over it and need a change. My hair gets wavy and thick so I'm gonna just keep it loose on the sides and longer on the top.

Kinda like the guy in the above pic.
