The National Film Registry of the Library of Congress preserves films that are culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant.
The Terminator (1984) is the only JC film on the Registry. The most recent films on the list were released in 1996.

I started scrolling down, and realized by the time I had reached "C" that I had seen every single film listed.

I'm a film fanatic, and keep an app on my iPhone (and before that it was on my Palm PDA) with 30,000 theatrically released films beginning with the silent era.
