    gonna be starting the gym next month and i need to know what healthy foods to eat for breakfast,lunch and dinner.i wanna slim down then tone up.im 27 now i wanna reach my goal of 175-190lbs b4 im 30.if anyone can help me out inbox me or put it here

    General advice from the link above, but everyone is an individual with different nutritional needs and responses- first stop is either a nutritionist or a doctor to properly assess you.

    Too many people grab onto diets without understanding if the diet is right for them. In the end it is input v output with adjustments for your own metabolic rate. You'd need to have measurements taken, a food diary, and exercise diary to make a truly successful and accurate assessment. Other than that, check out the RJ links for nutrition as general advice.

    P90X has a great diet plan.. I think it's online.
