I always make cranberry sauce from whole berries around the holidays. There's always some left over so the other day I tried using it instead of jam or preserves on a PBJ sandwich. It was actually good! So your holiday PBJ can morph to a PBC, hah. I usually use "Naturally More" peanut butter which is a bit healthier w/ some added flax seed oil. Contrary to the label, it keeps fine at room temp. which really makes stirring it much easier.
