I know SoHo House was in for a while several years back but been outta town..

I know there are "Pool Parties" all throughout the City..

..but my question is more so if anyone knows of any building with pools that skews to gay demographic (ie less family oriented) where people actually live and don't frequent for a party..

..moving back to the City and looking at options thanks.

Silver Towers on 42/11 has the largest indoor pool in NYC (it's a 25m lap pool with about 4 lanes) and is less family with a decent gay population. It's wayyyyyyyy west on 11th though icon_smile.gif

They can still do that in New York?

A long time ago, I scored a pool-front apartment in an adults-only complex. After about a year, some breeders sued and the whole place went to hell. Specifically, my pool-front apartment became a hell of bloodcurdling brat screams day and night. I had to leave icon_sad.gif

Yea but that will be a block from the new John Blair club/restaurant hotel and may someday be convenient to a 7 train stop.

Well I live there, so I like it ;)

The Out Urban Resort is taking shape but I'm not sure it's going to be a drawcard, real-estate wise.

yes wayyy out on 11th, plus i heard silver towers has subsidized tenants, not sure what % is though..

prefer something on 9th ave, west 50's closer to park and prime HK, by the bars/restaurants..

how about the sheffield on west 57th?? are they still in trouble? i assume its a gay demo/family-less given its locale?

looked at 3 lincoln center & the vibe seemed very international/pied-a-tierre types expected of lincoln center.. not really my style thanks..

much prefer boutique/small buildings, but given the niche pool request, i can bend (slight pun)
