Okay, so I have not been soo active and talking care of my body! I weigh about 135 lbs. and i like 5' 10'' so you do the math! I'm really skinny and i want to grow muscle and I don't know what to do! I run alot and swim but that's about it! It been about a year since I have actually done that regularly! I need to change everything like working out and what I eat!
