Yoga or Mixed Martial Arts

    I'm looking for a program I can add one or two days a week and that will strengthen me and improve my flexibility. I'm looking into either a Yoga class or Mixed Martial arts and I'm looking for your advice and opinions since they both interest me. Thanks in advance. icon_biggrin.gif

    My suggestion... both! They compliment each other and, in my opinion, shouldn't be seperate.

    ANY Martial Art, is complemented by the focus, flexability, balance and quite that yoga provides. Yoga is complemented by the power, aggression, and speed that martial arts provides. They are yin and yang.

    You can certainly have one without the other, but to be able to appreciate both interests, especially since you are interested in both, then do both!
