I've just decided to move over to Argentina, and while I know this is one of the major beef areas in the world, I'm a bit concerned about being able to maintain a decent nutrition plan (that involves more than just beef) that will enable me to gain lean muscle over the next few months.

Most of the nutrition plans I've come across might suggest things like Turkey Bacon, etc., and although I haven't looked into it that closely, I have a sneaking suspicion that it's going to get a bit tricky to get my hands on.

Is it safe enough just to replace the more exotic food that is recommended in these plans with just chicken or beef? Does anyone have any advice on how best to go about it?

Also, if you could recommend one snack food which will help in gaining muscle mass over time, what would it be?
