Someone help me get into shape!!!

    So I am a busy college student who only has class Tuesday and Thursday, and in return, only has access to the gym these days.

    I need to get back into shape and I want a beach body, or at least a toned body..

    I have looked online and looked at the workout plans on here but nothing seems to fit my schedule, and I don't want to look ridiculous in the gym doing ridiculous routines.

    Anyways, if anyone knows a plan that I could follow where I would only have to go to the gym twice a week and do exercises at home the other days, it would be much obliged.

    Cardio. Run, eat leaner stuff, lift here and there.

    You don't have much time for it so your diet will be key. You're already in slim build... so if you want "tone" you can either eat a lot, lift and run or eat much less, healthier and tone what's hiding under what you call fat even though you're far from it.

    You know, the Muscle Building workout on here is really body weight exercise heavy. So are other things like P90x and Insanity. Workouts with tons of pushups (and a variety of them) pull ups, lunges, incorporated Plyometrics... those workouts will keep you from being chained to a gym facility.

    I think they take more discipline, however, because you don't have to leave your house to do it and you don't have the motivation/competition aspect sometimes attained being around other people at the gym. Just don't be lazy! ;)
