I totally regret not going after watching the recep video...

We rented a u-haul and brought it out there in 2010 to setup camp. It was a blast. oh yeah, the guys at 0:40 and 4:55 are so adorable. They have such cool outfits. Reminds me for final fantasy characters.

great job on the video Ted.

It's a pretty expensive excuse to act like a hippy.

Plus, the idea of paying to participate in a highly regulated community project for the sole purpose of that communal uplift, one that will be destroyed in less than a week, is sort of gross, don't you think. It's a way for overgrown children to enjoy the serotonin burst people usually get from community service without having to engage with the downtrodden.

A weekend of juvenilia in the desert. Not that I wouldn't go it I was near or had the money. But then I don't like dealing with poor people either.

Different angle. All angles are valid if they can be reasoned through. Like I said, I'd probably go. I'm just playing devils advocate. I find debate more interesting than effusive agreement, but it was a nice vid—well made, attractive guys, errm. . . Dr. Suess-ish.

Anyone can enjoy acting stupidly and taking copious amounts of drugs if its under the guise of environmentalism, artistic expression, and freedom of liberty.

Great video. Words from Oh, The Places You'll Go, by Dr. Seuss.

The older I get, the more I see the truth in this little children's rhyme.

no bb. its not a rave. they don't book anyone to play. people show up and setup a stage for themselves or their group. it could be any type of music. its not only young people. a lot of people are in their 30s 40s 50s 60s and even older.

    Rule 34 plz.

I like some of the costumes. The two guys you pointed out are hot and totally look FF-inspired, and the headpiece on the lady at 1:42 is awesome.
Other than that there are a lot of people who look like they missed out on their childhood or are still hanging on to their candy kid days.

My friend Bobby dresses in costume-inspired outfits sometimes.
He's really cute and innocent so it works for him.

Wow! So that's burning man? It looks awesome. I'd heard about it but never really looked in to it. I would fit in to that non place place perfectly me thinks. Is it held the same time every year?

That was a cute video. I'm kind of surprised how many people here haven't heard of Burning Man.
