Conservative commits voter fraud to prove it is possible.
Some people died since the last election. They will be dropped from the electoral register after failing to vote in a general election. Illiterate third world nations figured out that dipping a finger in ink prevents anyone from voting on behalf of a dead neighbor and also casting their own vote.
If these conservatives commit voter fraud in every general election using the same deceased persons' names, those deceased persons will stay registered.
How big of a problem is this?
What's the least restrictive means of solving the problem? How hard would it be for the county death records to communicate with the county registrar of voters? Would that solve the imaginary problem without disenfranchising people without driver's licenses?
