Hi guys I searched for this and couldnt find anything.
So last night I was measuring myself all good and gains on my arms chest calves etc. Lost another 3 inches off my waist. All in proportion and symetrical except my right thigh, its 4.5cm (1.77 inches) smaller than the left. I do lead with my left leg but 8 weeks ago when I last measured they were the same size as each other.
I cant explain this and wondered if any of you have ever noticed this type of thing?
Today I can really see the right is smaller than the left.
I use a leg press machine, do squats, variety of calf raises and leg extensions I have always had long, skinny legs which I have been working on getting a bit of bulk as I dont want the skinny leg big upper body thing going on.
Any advice would be great. Cheers

Not really fitness expert but do you do any sports also? My left leg is large than my right because my volleyball lead in puts more pressure on my left leg and it gets a better workout than my right.

One of my balls hangs lower than the other. Is that normal?

Sounds like you need an emergency bilateral orchiectomy right away.

Playing some tennis, swimming every day and soft sand walking.
I could understand if my previous measurements were similar but they were the same.

Get on the eliptical get it started and then do it with your weaker leg ONLY. Also do lunges with heavier weight on that leg. You can definitely improve your symmetry OP.

Trollileo saidMy left leg is more than an inch longer than my right leg... If that helps. We think it's in the tibia.

My 3rd leg is pretty long and thickicon_idea.gif
