Hey everyone. I just joined realjock and everyone has been helpful. I started hitting the gym regularly about three/four months ago and over the last month and a half I've really committed to gaining 10 pounds of muscle... I'm lifting heavy and drinking protein shakes (one before, one after workouts). I'm eating meals, including breakfast which is something I've never really done regularly. I haven't spent a lot of time doing cardio (I find it boring). The issue is that i've lot about 8 pounds. I see plenty of definition in my body and even noticed that my muscle are getting bigger. I see a slightly noticeable decrease in my body fat, but i think 8 pounds seems too much to lose.

does anyone have any advice? I find it a bit alarming.

Some/most of that is water weight. If you're seeing more lean muscle mass, and less fat, I don't see what the problem is. icon_wink.gif
