So as some of you may know (or may not know), I am doing this "X-Factor: ST." Well, today, there's a lot of snow on the ground (which really stunk...I wanted to start doing Cardio today, but guess that's gonna have to be postponed). Now, we have the woodstove going today, with a huge ass fire. I can do my workouts either upstairs or downstairs. Downstairs is cold, but it wouldn't matter, since when you work out your body heat goes up, but I decided to do it upstairs right by the woodstove.

This workout was effin' awesome! Tough as all hell, but amazing! Have any of you done anything so crazy with your workouts that at the very end, all of your clothes were just drenched in sweat? I love the insanity workouts, helps me start my day.

My bumped-out shoulder is preventing me from working out hard. I hate it. And this thread just makes me envious.

Oh hell, there's nothing to really envy about. I'm just trying to take things up a knotch as much as I can. Suffering rocks!

It's super cold and windy, so I dressed in too many layers when I went to the gym today - so I was super hot and sweaty after the workout. It was an intense workout, but maybe not my best. Although I can tell a difference in my stamina. I didn't struggle with some exercises I think my trainer expected me to struggle with. That always makes me happy! icon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gif

Yup -- used to do 30 min runs in NYC -- after which I could literally wring out my t-shirt.
