I'd rather him flush that toilet I live in an apartment so it wouldn't do anything to the water

No. That's my own private time. I need atleast a 20 minute shower.

Since my husband and I have 3 bathrooms, and toilets, there would never ever be any need to do so.

PUL -- LEEZE! He's my partner, he can see anything I'm doing, as I can him, and smell it, too. Hell, when I consider what we do during sex, what is left that we haven't seen of each other? And both of us having been in the Army, why should we see less of each other than we once did of perfect strangers in latrines without commode stalls?

Just a few weeks ago I started a new med, that I was told would turn my pee a blue-green. The first time it happened I excitedly called him into the bathroom as I was pissing. "Look at this!" I yelled.

"You've become the Tidy Bowl man," he matter-of-factly remarked as he looked into the toilet. I laughed so hard I almost pissed all over the floor.

We can use separate bathrooms at home, but in most hotels we visit there is only one. Using the single bathroom together as needs dictate is just logical.

That's why I plumbed the house with over-sized plumbing and plenty of independent branch lines. A stray flush won't chill the showers. Also, I had plenty of space available so the toilet and the shower/jacuzzi area are separated by glass doors, with the lavatory area in between. I'd never know he was there.

OP: just curious, why wouldn't you? my partner and i shower together, brush our teeth if the other one is in the shower, use the toilet, etc. so i'm curious why you wouldn't let him in the bathroom while you're in there

Don't worry, you'll find the shower shot on a branch line. With a back-flow preventer

I wouldn't mind for most things but definitely not if he's going to be taking a crap in there.

If he's coming into the bathroom when I'm taking a shower though I'm going to want him to jump in the shower with me icon_razz.gif

Why not? It's not gonna kill you if he shits while you shower...it's not as if he and you aren't in the dutch oven some times during the winter!!

Never. He can use the bathroom when I'm in there, but I don't want him anywhere near the washroom when I'm using it.

NO. I don't care how long you've been together.....some things should remain private.

Yeah, I'd have zero problem with this scenario. Though I think you'd have to be really comfortable with eachother before a #2 icon_smile.gif
