Hey guys, currently running at 175lb, 16% BF. My trainer has started me on a leaning phase wherein I am allowed 1800 calories/day. My training will consist of morning cardio and afternoon sprints/interval training and 5x5 weights to prevent muscle loss.

Anyone willing to share a meal plan or recipes to help with this goal of 1800 clean calories? Any other suggestions for success would be greatly appreciated icon_biggrin.gif
