My Fitness regiment has become erratic to say the least. I feel that I've lost focus and I need to get back to a (new) routine. Even bulking up is problematic due the job I have which requires me to be on my feet constantly (not to mention I walk around a lot more)
When I lived abroad I had a routine which I loved. I had a trainer and a gym buddy. Priorities have changed since I've come back so I can't really afford a trainer nor I can find a gym buddy.
My motivation has decreased and I hate that feeling. Could you guys or anyone individually help out to create a new training regiment? I know I can't offer much except my sincere gratitude at the moment but I know I can tackle this if I new guidelines to follow.
