Okay this is the story and I am looking for another doctor now for some opinions and I need to know if anyone has had anything similiar.
1 year ago I was in key west and had some serious bowel problems like i constipated but hurt so bad i went to hospital.. I get there they did nothing and sent me home with some laxative.
Problem never went away. I begged dr for a colonoscopy. She got me one. They thought what they had seen from picturse it was anal cancer.....
Pathologist report said it wasnt carcinoma but scar tissue. It had hurt so bad at the time and made me feel like my whole bowels were on fire.
I have gone thru 4 colonscopy and so many lower gi.
I have been told its chrones, cancer, and now its to the point it feels fine a year later no problems like before but i cant get fucked. I am a btm and my bf is going crazy over this. a while back it was like it was super tight, like superman couldnt get his dick in me and now when we tried a few a nights ago, it was fine till it like tore something bad pains and a lot of bleeding. I need help. If someone has had something similiar or know what to to tell the dr to help look for let me know .

You primary physician needs to give you a referral to a specialist who deals with these problems, known as a proctologist or colorectal surgeon. And preferably one, if you are given a choice, who has experience with sexually active gay men.

If you've been to a proctologist and they can't make a diagnosis you may need to see another for a second opinion. You mention a pathologist, so did you have a biopsy done for cancer?

Did you say you have Chron's disease?? Read the book Patient Heal Thyself by Rubin Jordan.

I'd see see a colo-rectal specialist and tell them you are a gay man and you need to have the area cotirized for bleeding or surgery if needed and it's a fissure. Rest it while you heal, eat right. Get you b/f a fleshjack or something in the meantime. Unless he's a jackhole he will wait.

I have never used a fleshjack but I am a top and I would be patient while you healed.

My boyfriend is having trouble right now too, he has a ton of pain after we have sex, he finally admitted this to me, he thought it was just a rare occurrence, but it has been consistent. We have been together two years, and usually we have a ton of sex, but now that this is going on we rarely had it and now that he has admitted this to me we are not having it at all and we are looking for a gay friendly doc.......... get him a flesh light or something. My boyfriend said I should get one..... haha my hand is my new best friend lol. Do not worry, its not the end of the world, at least your boy friend knows you have a medical issue.

I love my boyfriend and if I am forced to use my hand the rest of my life I will haha.

Well, I neer read something like that before, I don't practice anal sex i am more for oral sex, and is very goos, jack your boyfriend, give him blob jobs, massages, there are many other funny things you can do, a hole is not very important if you really love each other, i would say why i don't practice anal sex, is not because i am sick or something like that, i would have to say things from my childhood back when i was 10 or 11 years old, and i really don't feel i should talk about it guys, i am sorry about that, but there are so many ways to satisfy each other guys believe me

Since you had several colonoscopy procedures with negative biopsies. You can skip the colorectal surgeon for now. They are surgeons and rarely treat the inflammatory bowel diseases.

It could be a early crohns/ IBB that has a smoldering course

Outside of any lingering problem and I suggest following and running it by your GI doctor. The prior scar tissue is tight. And you may want to begin using some anal dilators, for a period of weeks.

The scar tissue would predispose you to be "tighter" and more likely to tear. Then you get into a cycle of ripping and tearing, with multiple anal fissures.

Anal fissures are a common problem.

Do not buy into the nonsense that you need to see a "Gay Doctor".
