This Insightful commentary highlights all of Willard "Mitt" Romney's fatal flaws.

It's hard to understand how the Repubs could bitterly denounce and oppose Obamacare over and over for the past three years and then nominate Mitt Romneycare.

As the article points out - the Repubs are mistaking name recognition with electability.

This remarkable phenomena of republicans becoming willing to accept Romney as their presidential candidate boils down to pure partisanship.

We should note that this is happening with the full co-operation of the main stream media who gives air time to their choice of condidates, we need look no further than the medias shutting out Ron Paul to see how this sceem works.

Just a year ago Romney would have been considered a RINO especially because of this 'RomneyCare'. but partisanship will forgive all wrongs. (although the christian fundi's have not come to the place of forgiving Gingrich for his extramarital activities in spite of Adelson's money)

What I find so telling is that unlike even with McCain the rank and file are just not getting in line as they usually do for Republican candidates. He's going to have a big GOTV problem.

Well, after all - Romney is a REJECT from the last presidential campaign.

And he's no more warm or appealing than he was four years ago!

    LOL
Not according to his likeability poll numbers.
Obama's job approval numbers are lower than his first months in office - but his personal likeability numbers have stayed solid.

And having high likeability poll numbers is more important than having high job approval poll numbers when you're trying to get reelected.

    That's how Dubya got reelected.

Yup - looks like a circle jerk with them ranting. I think the Dems are not just nervous but shitting in their pants. Their whole surprise strategy of springing Bain in September and having a parade of every person who lost their job has just gone up in smoke. The realization is settling in that it will be countered, it will be old news, and the focus will be right where it needs to be, on a totally failed Presidency.

    LOL
You boys keep telling yourselves that!

FYI the Obama campaign has already prepared a multi-faceted plan of attack and the treasure trove of weaknesses Mitt Romneycare possesses will allow for a long slowly unfolding devastating dismantling of Willard Mitt Romneycare.

And also FYI - if you'd bothered to follow the link to the article you'd have discovered that the title of the article I cited is "The Conservative Case Against Mitt Romney".

    It's written by a RIGHT-WING REPUB.

It's not only Democrats and Independents who can't stand Mitt Romneycare!

Will enjoy seeing it. Obama's failures will be shown in brutal detail, facts and ridicule. Will deal with policy, character, and incompetence.

As the Repub who wrote the article I posted makes clear - its Mitt Romneycare's character which is detestable and which makes him unelectable!

    Nobody likes a flip-flipper!

If you google "obama lies and broken promises", you will see so much that any position changes by Romney will pale by comparison.

Partisan shills like SoCal are the minority, Such blind follower types look for and turn everything about a person outside of their ideology as failures primarily because that's the what they want to see, conversely they'll take someone within their Ideology like Ronald Reagan the actor into a Ideological god. Reagan in reality was all talk and acting, a proper front man for the Ideology. He managed to nearly triple the debt, (but deficits don't matter) he was a proven crook and sceemed to win the presidency with his October surprise, where X CIA Bush arranged a payoff to Iran which extended the hostage crisis to undermine Carters re election bid, then came Iran Contra Illegal actions, and best of all was he and his wifes proven dependence on 'the location of the stars' for their astrological dependent decision making.

But all this is OK by these partisan shills such as SoCal, he'll deny everything, but so sorry the proof is there whether such people will believe it or not. Shills cover their eyes and ears in desparation to ignore what they don't want to accept.

Such shills won't see that Romney is just another Reagan, fake as hell with an exterior that sells and little more. The media can try all they will to paint him to be a saviour like they did with Reagan, but it will be little more than lipstick on a pig.

Obama has made his mistakes as I too have pointed out, but in the end you won't find the crooked activities with Obama's fingerprints on them as with Reagan, Obama pulled no tricks to get elected, nor as with Romney you won't find destruction of others lives on his path to wealth through Bain. You won't find in Obama all the flip flopping either. About the only similarity is who their funders are and their allegience to them, so SoCal don't be making too many brags about Romney winning out over Obama because your pretty sure to be disappointed.

No. It's quite the opposite. I think many of us were worried about Romney earl on but the longer the primary goes on, the less worried we get and the more worried the right-wing gets.

Kind of like Ronald Reagan was the reject in 1976 to Gerald Ford? You are so clueless sometimes that it's laughable. Anything can happen in this election. Obama by no means has this one in the bag. The "Hope & Change" mystique of a younger Obama has lost the luster it had in 2008, and that could prove problematic. Once the nominee is decided, all these poll numbers are going to start to tell an entirely different story. It's no big surprise, and certainly nothing all that unusual, that the support is divided among several nominees this early in the primary season. As candidates drop out, the support will rally around one candidate quite solidly.

    LMAO!

So, Williard "Mitt" Romney is another Ronald Reagan?

It really is hilarious how clueless out of touch and delusional you RJ right-wingers are!
