I started using them when I worked as a PT assistant a few years ago, they've been a life saver when it comes to my IT band, and my back.

any of you guys use them?

I have recently started using foam rollers after my right adductors stubbornly refused to heal. I've learned how wonderfully effective they are.

I used one at PT for my knee. Its one of those things that hurts but feels amazing at the same time. I really need to buy one.

It's amazing how such a simple concept can be so helpful. I used it on my lats, and basically foam rolled my armpit. It never ceases to amaze me at how quickly my pain will go away after.

Use them after I run, they are wonderful for my legs and back. Help to avoid knots and get rid of them.

Yup. I foam-roll my back and legs (and sometimes other bits of me) after static stretches at the end of every workout. Been doing it about a year, defo improves recovery.

Have you guys tried the "rumble roller"? I love mine, but am wondering of there is any benefit of getting a regular roller as well.

Yup, I use them at the gym for my back. I need to get off my ass and go buy one for them. They are great!
