whats going on here?

    ok so I'm a normal to husky size I'm not going to lie now, I'm 5'9 and 180 pounds, but I don't look as overweight as it may sound.

    To get to the point I want a regimen, recommended by some of the very wise people on this site to help me out rather than me waste my time with some regimen that will get me no where.

    I have all summer to work out so time is no restriction. I want to be as cut as possible with the littlest and healthiest of body fat. I mean i feel my running of 40 minutes of cardio and a planned lifting schedule for the past two months have shown lousy results. Ive been dieting much better. Restricted calories and mad amounts of Protein. So if anyone has any suggestions or comments, there very much appreciated it. Sorry if this is long and thanks for your help
