Attracting girls..

I don't know how and why. But lately I've started to attract girls. I'm not used to this at all! Its probably because I live in Turkey now for a semester and the girls here don't often see a tall, blond guy with blue eyes but I don't know how to react to it icon_razz.gif I'm not out so I can't say that I'm gay but it's getting harder to keep it off cause my friends are like: why are you not acting on it??..

So what do you usually do to keep them on a 'safe' distance?

I'd like to attract some nice Turkish guys though.. but that's hard when you're not out. "icon_razz.gif

Girl you love back home is safest in your situation.

Tell them, you need to speak to their older brothers first.icon_twisted.gif

Don't tell your friends anything, (unless you want to come out), just smile and say nothing.

Agree with the others about the girl back home. When I was based in the middle east my standard line as to why im not married ( and everyone asks) was im a recent widower.
Do not come out in the ME even though Turkey is a little more open you never know where that info will end up or how it will be used against you.

Thanks for your advice. But I do notice that people have a very biased opinion about Turkey icon_razz.gif Ive lived here now for 5 months and the people here might not be as open to gays as Im used to in the Netherlands but in the big cities (Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir) Gays are not uncommon and Istanbul even has a whole gayclubstreet-neighborhood) Also Ive seen transgendered people walk around in Ankara. If you go to the east of Turkey or the rural part, then the images that you guys have of the country is more true!

I get hit on by girls way, way more than guys. I just smile and tell them I'm gay. I then become their best friend...icon_eek.gif
