    Only 2pounds away from my first weight loss goal of 2012! Guess it's time to set a new goal!
    Really kicking my ass at the gym and finally got my diet mostly right!

    Congrats!

    It's great to get some achievements "under your belt"... or, I guess in this case, out from under your belt. Success builds on success, and so you learn to set more ambitious goals... as you've learned that they are achievable.

    I've already achieved my "part 1" fitness goal for 2012, getting back into a regular exercise groove. Now looking to move on part 2 shortly: successfully adding weight training while keeping up the cardio. icon_cool.gif

    Right now focusing on fat loss and trimming down. I have to alter my routine about every 5 weeks cause I've come to realize that that's about when I start to get bored cause I get restless easily and need new stimulation. Starting a new routine tomorrow! Focusing on whole body with mostly supersets and trying to keep things moving. Also have been very good about mostly eating clean but not being too hard on myself if I cheat a little. I'm kind of a foodie and love to cook so I refuse to ever be one of those people who only eats to keep myself going. Food is meant to be savored and enjoyed!

    Was kind of lost in terms of fitness goals for like 6 months and in December finally got back on track. It didn't help that I was pretty depressed and in a really bad place in life. But now things are coming together and being happy helps a lot.
