    From Politico:

One million signatures were submitted in the effort to force a recall election of Gov. Scott Walker, the Wisconsin Democratic Party announced Tuesday.

That total exceeds the number of required signatures by 460,000.

Wisconsin Democrats also turned in more than the required number of signatures to force recall elections for the state's lieutenant governor, and three state senators. All signatures will be subject to inspection by the Wisconsin elections board.

Good !!! Seems to me the public is pissed and I hope this is a begining of a trend across the nation this year and over the next few years, to force change from the crooked system of government we are suffering under.

Enough of these politicians being bought and paid for, fooling the public into voting for them, then once in office only serving their financial backers rather than the people who voted them in.

Some of the reports now are saying the number of signatures will EQUAL the number of votes that WON him the election..
Walker is right now laying the groundwork to follow in Palins footsteps. He's not even in the state!

Our esteemed Gov. is in New York for a $2,500 a person fundraiser hosted by AIG founder Hank Greenberg. Just another example of the turd Walker whoring himself for out of state money.

even though to a man they predicted that the recall would NEVER gather enough signatures.

I don't remember anyone making such an assertion. A few stated the recall would not ultimately be successful. Sure you're not confused again?

I remember that as well. You must be getting your RJ news from Faux again, since all their viewers are misinformed. icon_cool.gif

Have you noticed too, that on other topics when they are pressed to do some research so they can view a bit of reality laced with facts, they suddenly go quiet and often the topic just dies, kind of a bad reflection on them isn't it. Funny how they are afraid of exposure to facts.

The ones I'm talking about though are SoCal and FreedomGeezer, those two run so fast from facts that if it were a race, they'd break records for their age running away just to avoid seeing facts that might dispell their repub Ideology.

A combination of Socal's deluded state and early onset Alzheimer's must be the explanation for his memory lapse.
Because Twinkie most definitely stated that the recall would never happen.

Oh RickRick I thought you didn't do ad hominems. I said I didn't recall anyone making that assertion. I don't read every thread. I think Mocktwinkie will weigh in on this. If he did make the statement, he will acknowledge it, because he is honest, unlike you. BTW - I used to fact check some of your accounts of history, and you are totally full of BS. I think you are under doctor's care, and it seems your furloughs have been extended. By the fall with the election, we will see if you are able to remain out. My guess is you will be brought back in for more intense therapy.

If I had to run Romney, or as Newt put it so eloquently "the guy who lost to the guy who lost to Obama", I'd be hitting the booze too!
