Gosh darn it !! Just when things were looking down for the morally depraved Neo Con war monger Gingrich here comes soccer mom to the rescue.
What in hell is with this christian fundi group of voters who appear willing to vote for Gingrich knowing his immoral background, this guy led the nation in the most rediculous sherade over Clintons relationship with Lewinski while at the same time conducting his own affair as his then wife lay in the hospital.

That kind of actions on Gingrich part is the epidimy of hypocrisy, kind of alarming what these christian fundi's will overlook in their effort to bring the 'nation back to god'.

Will her endorsement help or hurt Gingrich?

Am I correct in remembering that Gingrich made the statement that he would pick Palin as a VP running mate? That would be just the ticket !! LOL

Looking through Conservative sites I found this about Gingrich possibly choosing Palin as VP

"During a 'tele-town hall' hosted by Ralph Rees's Faith and Freedome Coalition, a caller asked Newt Gingrich if he would consider choosing Sarah Palin as his running mate if he wins the Republican nomination."

"Gingrich responded that Palin "is certainly one of the people your would look at" and told the caller that he is "a great admirer of hers," saying "she was a remarkable reform governor of Alaska." He also floated appointing Palin to a Cabinet postition such as Energy Secretary because he "can't imagine anybody who would do a better job of driving us to an energy solution than Gov. Palin" Earlier this week, Gingrich "pledged to fill the judiciary with graduates of the far right Liberty and Regent University."

With these statements of Gingrich's in mind, he is the very last person we want in the White House. Imagine Palin over the US Energy Dept. "DRILL BABY DRILL" is about the extent of her inteligence on the subject.

Imagine also having all judicial appointements from a far right Institution such as Liberty and Regent University. Those kind of judges would help the far right take us back to the 1800's

    Good ones Catfish and AlphaT

I read today that Gingrich says if he cannot win Saturday, that "we will nominate a 'moderate' and Obama will win", well the only supposed moderate is Romney. LOL !! I am amazed at Newts high assessment of himself as the only hope for the repub party, but I do like his prophesy of doom for Romney, because at least we have more hope that Obama will attempt to avoid war where Romney would jump right off the Neo Con AIPAC war lobbyists laps and pull the first trigger to insure more votes and more money.

Meanwhile Ron Paul is doing exceptionally well for being nearly ignored by the MSM. Even Huffington Post pulls this ignoring trick, today I read an article about the Repub candidates mentioning particularly Romney and Gingrich, then brought up Santorum being at 14% and not one word about the fact that in most polls Ron Paul is at the same percentage or barely verying from it.

Every once in a while Palin makes a smart move.

She's very shrewdly observed that the "lamestream" Repubs - as she'd rightly call them - are going to make sure that Willard Romney is the Repub nominee.
And she's correctly observed that Willard is going to lose.

So, she's chosen to endorse Gingrich instead of Romney.
And when Romney loses next November - Palin can say "I told you so".

Plus, endorsing Gingrich instead of the lamestream Romney makes Palin look all mavericky and independent.
Which could make her a more appealing candidate for a presidential run in 2016.

Palin's presidential ambitions are by no means dead.
She correctly observed that President Obama is going to get reelected this time and it's better to wait until 2016 - but she's still dreaming of being president.
