I chew the inside of my cheeks/lips. I used to only do it when I was working out, then I started doing it if I was concentrating on something too. Now it is constant, sometimes to the point where it bleeds! It doesn't really bother me, but people point it out lately. Cincywill has noticed it, and my dentist always comments on the state if my poor cheeks...

Anyone else do that or just wanna share their odd habits?

Odd...I bite the inside of my cheeks/lips when I'm trying to concentrate really hard..or if I'm starting to get annoyed. Then when I am annoyed/pissed off, I clinch my jaws really tight and will only answer through head-nods. It really gets under some peoples skin...which only fuels it.

I've found myself doing this on occasion. Not sure why, and I often don't even notice that I'm doing it.

Hmmm... perhaps that means I'm overdue on certain oral cravings... icon_lol.gif

I do it all the time, mildly, as a nervous impulsive reaction. I tend to do it when I'm in crowds or when I think people are watching me. Never bled, though.

I used to also chew on random things, bite my nails, and had restless leg syndrome.. all these are neuroses.. I believe they are treatable

I used to bite/chew my tongue when I was embarassed, intimidated, anxious or angry.

I don't do it anymore, it passed. Now I crack my fingers.

I bite my lip all the time. I also chew my nails when I get nervous. When I'm bored I shake my leg.

I sometimes do this on purpose...but ever since I got my wisdom teeth in I accidentally bite my cheek and it hurts so bad! there's a permanent mark back in there from it.

Boy you better stop before you give yourself a damn mucocele. Those things are awful and the only way to get rid of it is to pay 300 bucks for surgery.
Trust me I learned the hard way

I do it all the time especially when I'm trying to concentration, doing it right now as I'm typing this... I also tend to kind of grind out the dead skin on my front lips cause my lips are often dry. Kind of disgusting haha, but can't seem to stop.
I never really had any bleeding from it though, for your situation it might be better to stop haha.
