    how's gotten one? what was the violation? and did you try and fight it or did you just pay?

    Don't know how this works in the USA, but my ex used to do stupid s**t and get a few every year. A lot of the time the police didn't show up in court, and he was able to get reduced fines easily.

    I neither fought or paid...speeding 75 in a 60.

    I took Defensive Driving, paid $119 in court fee and didn't get on my record and taking the class actually lowered my insurance rate (even though I already had a discount for drivers ed from high school).

    Just don't go over 25 mph over the limit or you have to pay and can't even do DD. I've gotten 2 warnings though for going over 10 mph over the limit.

    I hate when people tell me, "you drive so slow!" Well mother fucker, I went thru hell when I had to pay for DD class and court fees, a mother fucker ain't trying to do that all over again and more often than not when I speed, I always get more attention! So shut the fuck up!
