IF you saw this movie did you stay thru the credits to see the end of the movie? Or did you leave as they were playing?
I just saw it today, It has to be one of the best movie from a comic book..
    You must see this movie..

I saw the movie. I thought it was well done, a good role for Robert Downey Jr. and a big departure for Jeff Bridges. I particularly liked the complicatedness of the relationship between RDJ & Gweneth Paltrow's characters. I thought that was pretty realistic.

Overall I'm a bigger fan of the Batman movies, particularly the very first one with Michael Keaton, and Batman Begins with Christian Bale.

Iron Man is awesome & yeah you should stay through end credits to see "real" end of film icon_wink.gif

I agree, seems like one of the best "super hero" adaptations to date in my humble opinion

Yeah, it was entertaining. I don't think it's the best comic book adaption, but it is up there. Better than the last X-Men movie for sure.

Yes, I knew about the scene post-credits, so I stuck around.

The movie I REALLY want to see is WallE opening this Friday.

And Tony Stark reappears at the end of the Incredible Hulk 2 mentioning the group they are forming... seems to me that the Ultimate Avengers is on the way

Yes, Robert Downey Jr playing a womanizer with an alcohol problem. What a challenging role that must have been for him.

I thought the movie was pretty good. Probably one of the more lighthearted comic book movies, some of them seemed to start taking themselves too seriously (ie X-Men, Spiderman) by the end of their runs. And yes, I saw the scene after the credits, but only because I'm one of those dorks who will sit and watch the credits.

I didn't think it was bad (such as the Fantastic Four movies), but I did think it was pretty flat and anti-climatic.

I never read the comic book...I hope the villians were cooler than the bland one they used for this movie.

Ironman was done very well. AS a comic book geek, I was worried on how they were going to pull it all off. They did a super job. The humor along with the story just put icing on the cake for me. I am eager for the next one. NOW if you saw the last part of Ironman, did you also get what happened in The HULK!!!! Avengers here we COME!!!!
