    i go to the gym M-W-F and i was wondering if those days i train the same muscles would that be over training?

    chest,shoulders,biceps, triceps. each have a 2 exercises for muscle.

    anything wrong with that?

    Muscles "grow" within 40 hours of being worked. So working them out every 48 hours shouldnt be a problem.
