GOP hero Newt Gingrich was also deadbeat dad... had to be forced by Judge in court of law to support his own children after dumping their mother

In addition to being a serial adulterer and throwing away his second wife because she "wasn't pretty enough" and had cancer, Newt refused to support his own children from his first marriage, defying the law and forcing his ex-wife to go begging at her church, which took up a collection to help keep the family's utilities going. (Somehow Newt couldn't afford to keep the electricity on in his children's house, on a Congressman's salary? Right.)
Finally the law dragged Newt into court where a judge forced the deadbeat dad to take care of his children and start paying $400/month in support, including all the unpaid support amassed during the time he neglected his children.

Isn't he a shining beacon of "family values?"

He repeatedly says he's against gay marriage because he's protecting marriage. Are his own marriages examples of that?

Suffice to say that it will be a minor miracle if Newt Gingrich can survive the onslaught of what is about to hit the media to bring him down. Then again, if he IS able to survive that, maybe he SHOULD be president icon_lol.gif

LOL !!! YOU AINT SERIOUS !!!

I'm here to tell you that the Immoral and discredited former Speaker Newt nor Romney Can beat Obama and Santorum is so far right he's off the scales.

Now if the party would get behind Ron Paul, He'd have a chance because he doesn't have nearly the baggage of these other three.

But since that won't happen, Ron Paul will go independent, then a lot of us are going to vote for him and the Moderate Obama will get back in and hopefully develop a spine in his second term and give your party of no hell.

Over the period of Obama's second term I hope Ron Pauls backers form a strong viable third party to really shake the hell out of the status quo to bring about reforms in both parties.

How you like them apples ? LOL

Well damn !!! Is dat all dere is ta yer fire ?? LOL

Honestly though, If Gingrich wins the Repub nomination I just don't think the entire nation will be as forgiving of his immorality and his Speaker record as SC was. But then, I never thought the nation would elect Dubya either. Can't your party pull up someone else out of the hat? Hell I could live with Christie over Gingrich, Romney or Santorum.

    Right on dude!

    On Ron Paul...
oh he has some baggage my friend... he's pretty racist. It's on record, lol.
He pretty much proclaimed it in news letters.

    To me (naturally) that's baggage.

Romney laughs like a weasel, stutters about his taxes, and neutralizes Obama's faults with his own. Gingrich is a great orator, yet is a known hypocrite and volatile. Obama broke his promises faster than most presidents as well as the constitution. Unfortunately, Romney and Gingrich agree with some of Obama's unconstitutional stances. I would welcome Ron Paul as a reset button (although I disagree with a large part of his philosophies). The fact that both Republicans and Democrats purposely and "accidentally" ignore him, cement the fact that he could actually transform the country. In any case, we do need money out of politics. I wonder how Obama will respond if the Bernie Sanders amendment (which I support) takes fire.

I agree. Grown men who don't take care of their own children are not fit to be elected mayor, let alone president.
In my opinion, Newt neglecting his children is far worse than his multiple affairs and divorces, yet no one even talks about it... I guess because it's not as titillating for the media to report on.

This is another reason why I refer to him as Phewt Stinkgrich. He is despicable. He is totally unfit to be the GOP presidential candidate. He goes around lecturing people about traditional family values but does the total opposite in private life, what a hypocrite. Republicans in South Carolina were stupid enough to let this lowlife win their GOP primary.

Maybe we could just get King Goeroge back, and then start all over again? icon_biggrin.gif
