What is the best weight gainer product?

    I have problem with weight! i need more pound to look good in any clothes but I find it hard to gain some more.
    Im thinking about some weight gainer product but I dont which product is the best with no bad effect.
    by the way, are there any bad effects after using those product?

    Supplements like those whey powders you mix up? Most of them are kinda silly to do since it's mostly just extra calories and protein, which you can get by just eating.

    If you need to gain weight you just need to get used to eating more. If you're having trouble eating more it could just be that you're not eating anything that seems tasty enough to eat in a larger amount. Try just going onto something like http://www.nibbledish.com/ where all the recipes are fairly simple.

    Add a weight gainer twice a day. Stealth is good about 600 calories; Critical Mass about 700 calories; Serious Mass 1200 calories. You can get all of these at bodybuilding.com.
