I recently stopped wearing it. I don't typically have issues with bad-smelling sweat, so I haven't detected any difference by not wearing deodorant. I just make sure that I soap up really well under my arms when I shower and that seems to be enough.

Only to work, and I only work 4 days a week. I have sensitive pits- most deodorants burn, and I don't stink. Antiperspirant is unhealthy. If you shower regularly and have a clean diet, you should be able to get by naturally. Nothing wrong with a natural man smell anyway.

I am addicte to deodrants and perfumes. Have to wear them both everyday even if I am home or at work .... Its not being feminine... It's because I hate smelly clothes and body odor .. Can't stand either of them ...

Rubbing alcohol (Skin prep wipes, same stuff they use to clean the skin before an injection) at the end of the day you wont smell

Regular deodorant that doesn't contain aluminum. Wear it every day.

I'm very anti- antiperspirant. But I do wear deodorant, the more naturally-based, unscented kind. I don't mind a hint of a guy's natural scent, especially after work or exercise... indeed, it's quite hot. But the whole cultivated B.O. thing has always been a mystery to me, and quite unappealing. Different strokes for different folks, though.

I call BULLSHIT! I do not understand how you think not wearing deodorant is not a good thing. I do not care how well you eat you need to wear deodorant. Now, what I have done is just rubbed soap under my arms after I have showered and that has worked. I use to do that in my broke days and did not have money for deodorant. However, I do think you need something under your arms. I eat well but I also ride my bike to work everyday and I sweat riding my bike to work and I workout almost everyday. I have to use deodorant or I would funk up the place.

I dont...not a must for me i dont fume that bad... my body likes it all natural and always felt more comfortable without it ..its all base on the food you eat...your diet. Too much of spices you will, that include garlic and onions.

add some Mint to your diet like mint tea at night before bed...it helps.

I only wear it when my pit sniff test goes to red alert. Usually every other even with the gym.

And they end in flame wars where the wearers attack the non-wearers and vice-versa.

Nope, haven't worn deodorant for the last 5 years.

After showering I use rubbing alcohol on the pits and it's just as effective. Can go a whole day.

BONUS: I don't have yellow tinted armpit stains on my undershirts anymore.icon_biggrin.gif

I know others who make a paste of baking soda and water and smear it on.

I don't understand. Why tiptoe around foods in order to produce a "somewhat tolerable" body odor instead of just putting on deodorant? So much easier. Unless your body just reacts poorly.
