OK, so it was worded differently.
But what an artificially made distinction it is. Let's say the stem cells were derived from cord blood of a live born baby. Would that not be counted under this law?
And HEK cells are routinely used in research for 30 years. To trace all the food-related research that have come from them would be impossible.
