Butt

    Hey guys, first of all, I work in an office and have to sit all days. My ass is totally flat. If I keep doing deadlift, does it help much to lift it up and give me a better looking butt?

    Any suggestion on working on the butt?

    Lie on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.
    Hands at your side.
    Push your butt up to the ceiling, do that until you feel it start to burn.
    Start off slowly until you get the feel of it.
    As you get used to doing that, when you push your butt up, hold it there for as long as you can.
    Don't do the second move untill you are used to the first.
    You can do this as much as you want, anywhere you want.
    Just remember to start off slow.
    As you get better at it, you can move your feet farther or closer as you start seeing you butt start to form.
    I gurantee it.

    I just tried this in the supermarket. It went over like a fart in church. There's another supermarket not too far from here. I don't think anyone there knows me.

    i guess thats why I have been noticing my ass more lately. Lunges and squats... great! no not really. My ass is big enough ass is. I just want pecks and an apollo's belt. =

    Plieds are pretty good too. They're basically squats, but put your ankles together, and turn the feet out as far as you can. Carry the turn all the way up your legs until you feel a little burn in your hips. Don't stick your ass out, and you should feel the muscles taughten above and below your ass. Bend the knees as low as you can without lifting the balls of your feet. Return to first position. Repeat until your entire lower body burns.

    This is a ballet exercise. Observe Baryshnikov's glutes:
