Get your mind out of the gutter.

If you're a driver you're more than likely aware that insurance companies lean in favor of the front vehicle versus the rear vehicle.

Until now. Check out the video:

I've been using my smartphone. But I'll probably get a GoPro eventually.

Awesome. Relatedly, particularly for cars with low spoilers why don't they make front bumper parking cameras or sensors like they do rear ones?

It looked like the people in front car were trying to blame the rear guy. Good for him to have the dashboard camera.

They do. The BMW 6 series has them. They are put more into luxury cars though

Useful for cyclists as well. The driver threatened a cyclist (who just happened to be a barrister with a helmet cam)icon_smile.gif

Some of the helmet cams have a 15- or 30- minute loop feature. As long as it has power, it keeps recording but writes over data older than 15 minutes. If something interesting happens, you just hit one button and it saves the current loop.

Very nice indeed those dashboard cams. Why do think most cops have them?

Don't worry. Nobody was talking to you directly. You're not important enough for that.

Huh... given the response from the people in the first vehicle, it almost seemed planned. Like they're scammers or something.

No. It wasn't a scam. It was simply a case of a woman driving an SUV. Happens all the time here in LA. icon_lol.gif
