SAUNA - removes excess water from your body, by shedding it while ur doing let say 10 to 15 minutes of sauna time.
2. Treadmill - burns excess body fat and helps u get toned, able to walk longer more , run faster ( practice makes perfect ) and over all health.
IF U CAN LIFT HEAVY or LIFT LONG then u should be able to make time for Cardio !
just my opinion in the matter of fitness
