well for me i combined it in numerous way.

for example the spartan workout , or modified version the Gladiator workout


on the beach wear a 40 lb weight vest, 15 pound anke weights on each leg )

walk on the beach , or run, sprint for a good 15 to 30 minutes .

This method makes your body in a stress mode , trying to force all the energy of the body to keep moving even when the weights is giving u the obstacle of moving across the beach with it on u.

by the time you finished u will feel more toned , and sweat more than on a treadmill or a stair master.

it works ur muscles, it gives u a great muscle tonening workout
