Just a note from Winston-Salem. The students and fans rolled the quad at Wake Forest today, in memory of Coach Prosser. I wore my Tie Dye Nation shirt to work, and as I walked downtown, people stopped to tell me how sorry they were about his death.

People like Skip Prosser remind us that college athletics, and all athletics, can be about teaching, learning, and personal growth, and that you can be successful both on the court and in life without losing your humanity.

Coach Prosser will be sorely missed.
