    I usually stick to one by one method, if im on a bulking cycle such as protein, and other bulking supplements i stick to it before doing cutting phase such as using thermogenics.

    But now a days im gonna do is what they call stacking combining lets say

    Amino Acid BCAA, with No2 or a Thermogenic Sup, so far my body got solid just by using Thermogenic alone over the years.

    brands i like are back when Hydroxycut was still in its original formula, was Hydroxy, redline, lipo6x, hot rox.

    Now a days i think my fav brands now are jet fuel by gat, redline blue, arson seems to be the strongest thermo in my opinion along with roxylean.


    So now im thinking upping up my bcaa when lifting hard, and relying on no2 or other sups like jet fuel when i hit the gym for a good 2 hr or 3.

    Thermogenics used to keep the body fat a bay and extra energy when i wanna do a hardcore cardio.

    I don't use thermogenics as they make me jittery.

    But currently I am using:

    (Workout days)
    5am
    – 30g unsweetend whey isolate/egg protein in a 4:1 ratio
    + 10g BCAA (4:1:1)
    + Citrilline Malate
    + 5g Creatine
    + jigger of JACK3D (phasing this out once my current tub is finished)
    + cacao powder
    + 250ml whole milk
    + 5g dextrose

    – 3 tabs of MHT T-Bomb (test booster)
    – 3 tabs of Nitrix NO2
    – 1 multivitamin with Zinc

    8am
    – 30g whey/egg protein (as above)
    + 20g BCAA (4:1:1)
    + 7g L-Glutamine
    + 3g L-Arginine
    + handful of blueberries
    + 5g dextrose

    Then I follow the LeanGains guide for intermittent fasting, eating in a window roughly between 12 noon and 8pm. Protein intensive with allowance for quality carbs on workout days.

    Non-workout days I mix and drink a single round of this:

    – 30g whey/egg protein (as above)
    + 5g BCAA (4:1:1) .... only if DOMS is kicking my ass
    + 3.5g L-Glutamine
    + 1.5g L-Arginine
    + handful of blueberries OR strawberries/half banana

    – 3 tabs of MHT T-Bomb (test booster)
    – 1 multivitamin with Zinc
