I normally have one breakfast burrito from McDonald's and a coffee if I'm swinging towards fast food for breakfast. McD's burrito is 300 calories.

It looks like their little sausage burrito rings in at 270 - so I might give this a shot at least once - when and if it comes to my small town.

    Thanks for posting.

I thought maybe they were going to unveil breakfast tacos like they have in Texas. Too bad that's not really the case, although what can one expect from Taco Bell, eh? Shame, because Tex-Mex breakfast tacos are really tasty! I remember one I had in San Antonio with scrambled egg, sliced potatoes, and bacon pieces. AMAZING!

Taco Bell is only 99% evil. I will eat their soft chicken tacos, they are quick, easy, cheap, and not terrible for you.

Do u guys feel full after eating just that???. So crazy, this Asian guy at my old gym said all he would eat every day is two cheeseburgers from macdonalds and half a two six of whiskey. And he looked buff!
I've never eaten at taco bell.
First thing AM I'll do hot lemon water and my joint powder.
Green smoothie with lots of avocado is usually my meal till 11am

Thanks for posting, this is nasty! I so don't do fast food. Pounding the weights may burn calories and fat, but you can't fight cholesterol build up and or the dehydration from high salt content, when muscle growth is so dependent on staying hydrated.

For breakfast, I normally just do a half-cup of steel cut oaks (covered in boiling water, then nuked in the microwave for 3-4 minutes at 40% power), and either a protein shake (if in a rush) or a 4 egg-white omelette.
