    Losing weight, cut your calories if u tend to store tons of bodyfat. If u can get urself a personal trainer do so.

    Or a nutritionist, if u eat a lot, then u store a lot. Eat Healthy foods, take away the junk foods, if u eat crap let say heavy on the butter and sugar, u gain weight
    and can get sick.

    If u consult with ur trainer, or nutritionist they can point u to a proper diet, but keep in mind, u need to lessen ur calorie intake.

    Upping ur cardio workout, step by step it would show results.

    Or u could buy Men's Health 101 diet and tonening workout routine, to get the basic routines.

    Be smart check with ur Doctor to see if ur in perfect health for the activities ur going to do.

    After reading through threads and threads on RJ, I think whats posted above has been the over all idea of how to loose the body fat. Thanks for the point driving point blank though, helped me sum up all of the confusing longer threads filled with tons of opinions. ;)
