The Carb Nite Solution

    So i recently stumbled across the diet called The Carb Nite Solution. The action plan is 9 days eating only 30 carbs a day. On day 10 continue, but that night endulge in all the carbs you want. Then after that go back to 30 day carb plan making sure to have a carb night atleast once a week. Has anyone done this? Results?

    havent done this yet but am also considering it. i read about it in either the recent Mens Fitness Magazine or Details Magazine.. I think it has good concepts

    Yeah it was mens health. Its sounds fun actually. Its a lot better than counting calories. Since NO ONE is interested ill post my result and updates.

    so basically deprive yourself and then binge? studies have shown you'll actually ingest more this way.

    Nah no deprivation really. Im still eating regularly so im not really feeling extra hungry. Im eating meats and diary and taking fiber supplements. I eat full meals all day just lowering my carb intake dramatically. Ive so far only stumbled upon one unsatisfied person whos only complaint was her "body" didnt want her to eat any more meat.
