So i recently stumbled across the diet called The Carb Nite Solution. The action plan is 9 days eating only 30 carbs a day. On day 10 continue, but that night endulge in all the carbs you want. Then after that go back to 30 day carb plan making sure to have a carb night atleast once a week. Has anyone done this? Results?
